- Virtualization & Cloud – Intro to cloud computing and virtual machines.
- Troubleshooting – Solving hardware and network problems.
Core 2 (220-1102) – Focuses on systems, security, and support
- Operating Systems – Installing and managing Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile OS.
- Security – Keeping devices and data secure with best practices and tools.
- Software Troubleshooting – Fixing OS and application issues.
- Operational Procedures – Following IT best practices, documentation, and professional conduct.
