This accredited course provides operators with the essential skills to safely and efficiently operate a counterbalance lift truck (commonly known as a forklift). Training includes both theory and practical elements, with assessments to ensure competence.

- Use of controls
- Moving off, stopping & safe parking
- Hydraulic control & systems
- Maintenance
- Negotiating ramps
- Lorry loading & unloading
- Fuelling procedures; Gas, Diesel, Petrol or Battery
