This ILM Endorsed First Time Manager programme is designed so that participants will be able to:
Identify leadership styles
Recognise the impact of personal presentation and style
Plan their time more effectively
Delegate work effectively and overcome the barriers to delegation

Manage difficult and challenging behaviour
