3 day course (Spread Over 2 Months)
Structure:
- Day 1 – Leading and Motivating a Team Effectively/Understanding Leader
- Day 2/3 - Solving Problems and Making Decisions
Who should attend:
Aims to equip potential and practising team leaders and first line managers with the foundation for their formal development in this role. The qualification does this by developing basic management and leadership skills and assisting participants in gaining the necessary knowledge required at this level.
Entry Qualifications:
There are no formal entry requirements, but delegates will normally be either practising or aspiring team leaders/supervisors with the opportunity to meet the assessment demands and have a background that will enable them to benefit from the programme.
Qualification Detail:
Delegates will receive the ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management (4 Credits)
Course Content:
3 days facilitated and inter-active workshops
Method of Assessment:
Completion of 2 Assignments where full guidance and support will be provided. Course content will cover the required number of Guided Learning Hours.
