Online Delivery - Food Safety in Catering Level 2

This Level 2 Food Safety in Catering course provides an understanding of essential food hygiene and safety requirements for anyone who handles, prepares or serves food. This course focuses on the importance of food hygiene, associated food safety hazards and good hygiene practice. The areas covered are considered vital by the Food Standards Agency to maintain food safety and hygiene.

This course has 7 hours total qualification time.
Who Should Attend?
This course is aimed at individuals working in the catering industry.
Entry Requirements
This qualification is available to learners aged 18 years or over. Learners must have the literacy skills to be able to read and self-learn the reference manual and additional resources.
The learner will need access to a computer with an internet connection in order to access the distance learning resources and communicate with the Trainer/Assessor.
